LaLa Family located at Shangbaling of Fuxing District has the perfect view and the spacious and bright environment and uses the local ingredients to cook exotic cuisines.

Lala Mountain Snack Bar (Haiping Tea Garden) located at Hualing Village of Lalashan uses the ingredients such as home-raised chicken, wild boar, and mutton and home-grown organic vegetables! The quality is strictly controlled to bring the fresh and delicious local delicacies to the customers! The “Peach Cake” made by the store was selected as the 8th Taoyuan Souvenir in 2015! Xiayunping Owl Café on Northern Cross-Island Highway provides the freshly-made hand drip coffee attracting travelers to stop by and have a cup of coffee! Besides many lovely owl decorations and comfortable environment, there is also an outdoor area to sit down and enjoy the scenery of Luofu Bridge, Dahan River, and Shihmen Reservoir. Senlin Waterfront Landscape Café below Jiaobanshan Park overlooks the curve of Dahan River. It is a landscape café loved by travelers. Besides the entrees, customers can also have waffles or cakes to spend a leisure time! During the lunchtime, the owner will play the piano and sing. Come to enjoy the joyful atmosphere together! The restaurant has been open since 1947. Travelers can’t miss the soy-stewed pork researched and improved by the founder, Lixu Wen-zhi. Laodianjia Snack Bar is located beside Jie Shou Elementary School. The restaurant in the unique indigenous style sells a variety of mountain dishes and wild vegetables. There are Hakka stir fries and Atayal dishes to choose from. The snack bar has won the major food awards of Taoyuan! There is the singing performance from 11am to 2pm every weekend! Signature Dish: maqaw wild boar meat, three flavors of mushrooms, poached chicken, Atayal wild vegetables, millet bamboo rice, maqaw chicken soup.

Different from other breakfast stores, Tian Yuan Breakfast also provides noodles. The noodles with crunchy pickled mustard tuber and tender shredded pork are well-liked. The rich texture is irresistible for the customers to have one bite after another! The handmade steamed bun and baozi freshly made every morning taste soft and chewy. They are in limited supply!

Decorated in the indigenous style, Tai Ya Xiao Zhan mainly offers the Atayal dishes. The appetizing sorghum liquor sausage and wild boar meat on the iron plate first come into view at the entrance.
