“YEH JI TEA” was originally the Lanting Tea Research Institute founded by the grandfather (Yeh A-ting) in 1980. The successors inherit the tea-making and roasting techniques of the Yeh family, expecting to break through the traditional impression of Taiwanese high mountain tea by creating a variety of different flavors. They advocate sustainable tea cultivation that coexists with the natural environment of the mountains.
